Coconut Almond and Buckini Chocolate
Makes approx. 20 pieces
WHAT YOU NEED
> 2/3 cup cacao butter (I like to use buttons)
> 1 cup cacao powder
> 1/4 cup maple syrup
> 2 tablespoons coconut oil
> 1/4 cup each of activated buckinis, toasted almond flakes and toasted coconut
WHAT TO DO
1. Heat the cacao butter and coconut oil in a saucepan on low until melted. Remove from the heat and whisk in the maple syrup and then the cacao powder. Stir through your buckinis, almonds and coconut.
2. Pour into a tray lined with baking paper or into chocolate moulds. Allow to set in the fridge and store it in the fridge for as long as it lasts - good luck!
