How does Yoga XTC differ from your usual yoga studio?

Yoga XTC combines yoga and small group training alongside nutrition coaching to help individuals achieve their optimal healthy lifestyle. At Yoga XTC, we offer what other yoga studios don’t. Yoga is excellent for mobility, toning muscles and calming both body and mind. However, yoga alone does not build enough strength and power, which are essential for good posture and stamina. Our strength training and cardio components, delivered in a small group format of eight people, are tailored to help clients build lean muscle, optimise body fat percentage, improve cardiovascular fitness and develop overall strength. Balanced training and proper nutrition are essential for the prevention of injuries and aid in recovery, and Yoga XTC provides the ideal safe environment for clients regardless of whether their goals are to improve general wellbeing or attain specific fitness and training goals.

 

What is MYZONE®?

MYZONE® is a new, innovative, heart rate-based system that uses wireless and Cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity levels. It monitors heart rate, calories and time exercising, and converts this into MYZONE® Effort Points (MEPs), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than overall fitness.
