Yoga XTC: A review

Yoga XTC: A review
Natasha Mason, Founder of Nourish Melbourne.

They say first impressions last, and they sure did when I walked through the door of Yoga XTC in South Yarra a few weeks ago.

The space is simply beautiful and totally nurturing. At the front of the premises you'll find a yoga room that you'd be happy to move into. Tiles of Ezra have adorned this room and together with beautiful artwork makes melting into your yoga postures far too easy.

Continue on down the back and you'll find the funkiest, technologically up to date functional fitness room you can imagine. There's rings, there's kettlebells, there's powerbands, there's rowers, there's plyometric boxes and there's of course MyZone technology to give trainers and trainees alike, real time, detailed insight into training and performance data.

As a new Mum, I was happy to hang in the front yoga room and "maybe next time" come back and be put through my paces out the back!

Want to try it out? I recommend booking into a free yCross class on Saturday's - the last of which is being held this Saturday 1 August at 11am. yCross blends yoga flow and body weight core training. (Head to yogaxtc.com.au to find out more).

I mustn't forget the people behind Yoga XTC. The team will become more like your fitness family than just a face who checks you in. Christine, Karmen, Nick and Kelvin are a bunch of cool, kind, and holistically minded peeps, who value a balanced, happy life. The kind we love to hang out with!
