Listen To Your Body isn’t your regular fitness studio. No mirrors, no overcrowded classes, no shameless selfie zones, no cookie cutter circuits and no commando style trainers. What we are is a family run studio flowing with natural light and open space where the combination of individualised group personal training, a variety of group classes and friendly and motivating instructors are passionate and strive daily to help people be the best version of themselves and live a healthier and more fulfilling life.
We live by the ‘Want It All’ holistic view to exercise. We offer tailored group personal training sessions, yoga (power flow and hatha), mat pilates, barre, boxing, cycle/core, high intensity interval training (HIIT), outdoor (in the warmer months) as well as a complimentary weekly running group for anyone to join.
We hold an annual Wellness Morning charity event which bursts with healthy and delicious food, guest speakers, workouts for the body and soul plus mindfulness with all proceeds raised donated to our selected charity. Throughout the year, we offer various wellness workshops and courses ranging from topics like mindfulness, stress-release and meditation to ensure everyone has a chance to better themselves and their health.
