WHY VEDIC MEDITATION?

Vedic meditation enables your entire system to reboot so you can expand into your fullest potential. This simple technique causes the mind to naturally de-excite and move into deeper states of awareness. As the mind settles down, the body follows, resulting in a deep state of rest.

This deep rest revitalises and rejuvenates your whole being. It enables you to recover from the negative impact of stress and experience more energy and clarity in your life. Conditions such as fatigue, fogginess, anxiety, nervousness, physical pain and mental conditions significantly improve after only a short while of practicing Vedic meditation.

You feel more aware, calm and confident. You gain greater adaptability in life and feel capable of meeting any challenge or demand. Through a daily practice, you awaken to your natural state of infinite creativity, flexibility, compassion and generosity.

ABOUT THE TECHNIQUE 

Vedic meditation is an effortless, eyes closed, technique practiced for 20 minutes, twice daily. It’s simple, natural and absolutely anyone can learn. There is no effort, no concentration and no focus. Vedic meditation and its teachings draw from the 5,000 year-old body of wisdom derived from India known as the Veda – also the home of yoga and Ayurveda.

Laura turned to Vedic meditation during her university years, when stress started to negatively impact her health. After learning, she saw a profound shift not only in her physical wellbeing, but on a deeply personal level too. Through her daily practice, she was able to reduce her stress levels and get the deep rest her body so desperately desired. She also felt happier, more connected, less overwhelmed and more self-aware. Best of all, she found a practice she could do by herself, daily, no matter where she was or what she was doing. She has been meditating for nearly a decade and has never looked back.
