Experienced yoga teacher, Stephanie Williams will take the time to get to know your individual needs, goals and preferences. She will personalise yoga sessions and deliver them to you at a time that suits your schedule - at your home or office. At the end of each session you will finish feeling renewed and rejuvenated, clear and relaxed. You’ll have increased confidence and strength in postures and will receive specific guidance to improve your mind, body and spirit.
Stephanie is passionate about working with people who are highly stressed and who are seeking relief from overwhelm. Stephanie’s tailored methods support you to renew your body-confidence, regain self-care and strengthen your intuition so that you can experience an incredible sense of well-being and vitality.
Stephanie also works with women who are pregnant and post-birth to support a strong and healthy pregnancy, prepare for birth and also help recover and rebuild strength after baby has arrived.
Individualised yoga programs start with a five-week program. Sessions are held once or twice a week to create a healthier, more focused and less stressed you and may be extended according to your needs.
