Diana Tencic and Ross Andrews believe that eating well and exercising well are key to healthy, strong bodies. Their business 'Body Be Well' combines both food coaching and personal training in one location, to help you achieve your goals in a holistic manner. Diana, who has a love of food and fitness (in that order!) is passionate about helping people realise their goals, through establishing food, fitness and health targets that work for you, and devising manageable steps to meet these. She can also help with the practical side of things, teaching you how to make nutritious meals and snacks, and even providing kitchen cleanse and supermarket tour services. Ross is a qualified fitness and strength and conditioning coach, who facilitates bootcamps, TRX, cardio and boxing classes, group and personal training.
Together, the two can help you get your eating and training well and truly back on track!
