Come and learn about the latest in training during pregnancy, and how to keep you, and your growing bub, healthy and happy beyond pregnancy. You’ll discover key strategies to help you move and feel better, and tips to make your pregnancy training more effective, and enjoyable. After an informative seminar, we’ll take you through an intelligent 30-minute workout, so you can feel the difference.

A mother picks up her child on average 58 times a day, that’s worth training for so that you can do it safely, and prevent injury. Movement is imperative to a healthy and pain free life, and during pregnancy it becomes even more important.

Traditional pregnancy exercises tend to be centred around floor work, pelvic floor strength, or very basic (and boring) isolation type strength exercises, but these leave a lot to be desired in building a healthy, happy and resilient Mama’s body!

We’ll cover the following topics:

> Strategies to manage pain, improve movement, posture, and overall wellness
> Why you MUST wear a heart rate monitor when exercising during pregnancy
> Why variable, whole body movement is important, and a better alternative to traditional floor bound pregnancy work
