There are many chocolate avocado pudding recipes out there, but this 1-step recipe will seriously blow your socks off! It makes a delicious decadent dessert…or even breakfast!

Paleo friendly, Vegan, Gluten free, Dairy free, Soy free, Refined sugar free

Serves 2

Ingredients

    • 1 ripe avocado
    • ¼ cup raw cacao powder
    • 3 Tablespoons maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice (coconut nectar/ raw honey/ rice malt syrup)
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2 Medjool dates (pitted)
    • ¼ cup coconut cream
    • Pinch sea salt

Instructions

Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor and blend/process until smooth and creamy.

Pour into bowls and serve.
