"40-50% of what is considered organic waste in Australia can be and should be consumed as nutrient rich food."
So off Joost Bakker went, collected leftover grass-fed, organic poultry and beef bones, and started making broths to nourish our city with.
Brothl has taken over Joost's first love at 123 Hardware Street, Silo By Joost. Come to Brothl for gut nourishing broths and add in an array of sides of your choice, from felafels (as pictured), beef, chicken, veg, kimchi and so much more. You can also take away your broth, with a $3 deposit for a glass jar which we hope you'd take back again and again for refills.
You can expect the bread to also be of the highest quality, made from the ultimate 'mother culture' starter and almond milk chai for two comes in a glass jug, using none other than Almond Milk Co. almond milk.
Perfect for two-three people as seating is minimal and cosy. Take those you love, and anyone who needs ultimate nourishment.
