The Breakfast Jar

This is the perfect on the go breakfast - when you're a little tired of the liquid variety!

Serves 1
Gluten-free and dairy-free (with coconut yoghurt)

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 1 handful roasted hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 heaped tsp peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3 large strawberries chopped
  • 1 tablespoon natural sheeps yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • Half a small pear, chopped
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

WHAT TO DO

  • Chop up your strawberries and pears into small cubes and place them in your jar.
  • Top with peanut butter and honey, cinnamon, chia seeds, hazelnuts, oats and yoghurt.
  • Grab a long skinny spoon to mix your breakfast together and you’re good to go!
